No Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for individuals who have been banned from the server for violating the rules of:
- The Notorious Server
- Discord
- Tebex
- Twitch Terms of Service
Bans resulting from significant rule violations are considered final and non-refundable.
Unique Ownership
If you are permanently banned for a severe infraction with no option for appeal and own a one-of-a-kind vehicle, MLO or similar ownership of the asset will be forfeited and it may be resold in the store.
Server Wipe Policy
In the rare event of a server wipe, any in-game assets, vehicles, or perks obtained through donations will not carry over to the new server unless stated otherwise.
Resale/Inactivity
Anyone inactive for over 60 days without notifying staff in a ticket or who has clearly "left" or "quit" the community, Management have the right to remove or re-sell the purchased asset.
