- Be an approved and active member of the Notorious Roleplay GTA Server with an account/group in reasonably good standing.
- Have established yourself in the community in some form (Discord activity, in-game activity, etc.).
- Ensure that all content adheres to Tebex, CFX, and Rockstar terms of service. Any materials that could breach or put at risk compliance with these terms will be denied.
- Agree that you have no right or expectation to request asset removal. Once the asset is in Notorious Roleplay game server it is the rightful ownership of Notorious Roleplay and you forfeit any and all ownership to said asset within the community itself. If you are to leave or are removed from the community the asset will stay with Notorious Roleplay.
- Attest that you have permission to use the asset from the original author and current owners, supported by a written agreement or proof of purchase.
